AGENDA ITEM: EDA Topics - City to EDA Property Transfers and Downtown Parking Study
BACKGROUND:
Staff will present information on specific City-owned downtown properties and a request from the
Economic Development Authority (EDA) to transfer ownership from the City to the EDA to
facilitate future redevelopment activities.
Staff will request City Council direction related to a future parking study to be completed in the
downtown area.
