RESOLUTION 26-076 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE 150th STREET LIFT STATION REHABILITATION (2025-16) Motion By: Lake Second By: Churchill
WHEREAS, on August 12, 2025 the City Council received bids and awarded a construction contract in the amount of $222,375 for the 150th Street lift station rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, the contract outlined the improvements Pember Companies, Inc. was responsible for installing; and WHEREAS, these improvements and all other contract responsibilities are now complete to the satisfaction of the city; and WHEREAS, the city’s consulting engineer, WSB & Associates, Inc., has reviewed the improvements and has written a recommendation letter and provided all close out documentation to support final payment for this project. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The City Council hereby accepts the improvements for the 150th Street lift station
rehabilitation project. 3. Final payment will be made to Pember Companies, Inc. in the amount of $14,376.05.
