RESOLUTION 26-079 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WORK ORDER WITH WSB LLC FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE 2026 MISCELLANEOUS DRAINAGE PROJECT (2026-08) Motion By: Lake Second By: Churchill
WHEREAS, city staff have identified several stormwater drainage issues (noted in the report) that need to be addressed to ensure proper stormwater system
functioning; and WHEREAS, WSB LLC, a member of the City’s engineering consultant pool, has submitted a proposal to provide professional engineering services to address these issues via the 2026 Miscellaneous Drainage Project; and WHEREAS, funding is available in the Stormwater Utility fund to cover the anticipated expenditure of this work order. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The City Council approves a work order with WSB LLC in an amount not to exceed $44,500 for professional engineering services for the 2026 Miscellaneous Drainage Project. 3. The cost of this work order will be funded by the Stormwater Utility fund.
