RESOLUTION 26-081 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO THE FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT RECORDING DEADLINE FOR THE RESIDENCE AT CREST WOODS Motion By: Lake Second By: Churchill
WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS,
on December 9, 2025 the Prior Lake City Council approved a Planned Unit Development (PUD), Development Agreement and Final Plat for The Residences at Crest Woods; and
on March 9, 2026 the Prior Lake City Council approved a 90-day extension to the Final Plat and Development Agreement recording deadline; and the developer has requested additional time to record the plat and Development Agremment.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: 1. The final plat and all pertinent documents must be filed with Scott County by September 7, 2026. Failure to record the documents by September 7, 2026 will render the final plat null and void. Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 9th day of June, 2026.
