Dear Ms. Kansier:
Our friend and neighbor Pat Shimek is building the final townhome at Sterling North.
Wensmann Homes will be constructing the facility and the plans have been submitted to the
Homeowners' Association and approved. I am the president of the Homeowners' Association
and at the request of the owner and contractor, I am writing to you to advise you that the
Homeowners' Association will permit the construction of a boulder retaining wall for Lots 15
and 16 outside of the lot lines and inside the common area consistent with existing retaining
walls in common areas on other lots. We have reviewed this matter with Mr. Wensmann and are
satisfied that the plans and specifications as submitted, including the boulder retaining wall, are
satisfactory. fl
