The May 22, 2003 public hearing is your opportunity to
share any information or comments you might have relative
to the proposed new orderly annexation agreement.
The Prior Lake City Council and Spring Lake Township
Board welcomes any additional information.
As a result of information collected at the two informational meetings, the comment cards, and other
input, a considerable number of changes and safeguards to the annexation proposal have been drafted.
As part of tonight?s agenda, the Township and City will present an overview of those changes.
Enclosed with this packet are the following pieces of information relevant to tonight?s meeting:
1.Meeting Agenda.
2.History of Annexation.
3.Original Annexation Key Points and Township Responses.
4.Original (April) Annexation Map and Current (May) Annexation Map.
5.Clarification of Certain City Ordinances.
We encourage you to take the informational materials home and share them with anyone who was
unable to be here.
If you would like to address the panel, please sign-up to
speak so that the Presiding Officer can recognize you. In
order to respect everyone?s time, we ask that you limit your
statements to no longer than 5 minutes, and please avoid
repeating information already submitted.
One Final Note Tonight?s meeting is being broadcast live on

played periodically beginning the following week.
