We would like to introduce ourselves as the new customer service committee for the
upcoming year-
Angie Barstad, Connie Carlson, Cindy Kline & Nancy McGill.
Our goal is to recognize and thank everyone for their exemplary customer service JltJ v+S
over the years. With this monthly newsletter our intentions are to bring updated infor-
mation to staff along with customer service reminders, suggestions and "something to
ponder" in an upbeat, entertaining way.
As you have noticed, our theme is puzzle pieces-meaning we are each unique and dif-
ferent but together we all fit as one. You will see this theme throughout the year.
Another item you will receive from the customer service committee is a birthday cookie
some time during your birthday month. This is our way of thanking each of you for your
~ piece of the City puzzle.
