This letter is to address the use of the 10'x 8' garage door on the
north side of the garage addition.
The area of question is approximatly 12'x17'. My intentions for
this space is for the storage of lawn equipment/ tools, snowblower,power
washer, ladders, scafolding,lumber,wheelbarrow, hand tools. The existing
landscaping will not allow the access to willowwood St. or simpkins Ave.
I will be calling the building department to set up the final inspection
next week. please call me on any questions to this matter.
