This letter shall serve as authorization to transfer the building permits (list of addresses in Sterling
North and Sterling South at The Wilds) from David Carlson Companies to Shamrock Builders,
Inc.
As you may already be aware, David Carlson Companies lost ownership of these properties
through a mortgage foreclosure. As a result of the mortgage foreclosures, we (CMIC) are
currently in title to these properties. We have subsequently agreed to sell these properties to
Shamrock Builders, Inc.
Shamrock Builders, Inc. will be completing the construction on these properties.
