Prior Lake, Minnesota 55372 . - May 16, 2006 Mr. Jim Sher 4145 Windsong Circle Prior Lake, MN 55372 RE: CR 82/CR 21 Reconstruction Property Encroachments Dear Mr. Sher: The purpose of this letter is to confirm in writing that the County's acquisition of easements or right-of-way for the above referenced project from the Wind song Homeowners Association will not affect the current legal standing of your tennis court. The association may continue to use the tennis courts as located. The tennis court in its current condition is not considered a structure by the City and therefore no setback to the roadway right-of-way or easement apply.
