This form is a requirement that my client, Express Enterprises, L.L.C., complete prior to its approval for a Lessor License. Mr. Steven Fennewald owns a trucking company and occasionally in the normal course of his business he buys and sells trucks to lease to his employees or owner/operator drivers. For tax purposes, it is advantageous for him to obtain a Lessor License before he purchases such vehicles. Mr. Fennewald has no intention of permanently storing inventory at the location or soliciting business from the general public.
