HomeMy WebLinkAbout02-07 Zoning Map CITY OF PRIOR LAKE ORDINANCE NO. 02-07 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1101.700 OF PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE AND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain: 1. The Prior Lake Zoning Map, referred to in Prior Lake City Code Section 1101.700, is hereby amended to change the zoning classification of the following legally described property from the R-I (Low Density Residential) district to the R-2 (Low to Medium Density Residential) district. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 115, Range 22, Scott County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the west line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the south line of the north 726.00 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 29 minutes 24 seconds East, along said south line a distance of 200.00 feet; thence South 37 degrees 51 minutes 36 seconds West, a distance of318.86 feet, to said west line; thence North 00 degrees 59 minutes 06 seconds West, along said west line, a distance of250.00 feet to the point of beginning. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication. Passed by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake this 3rd day of June, 2002.
