ORDINANCE NO. 110-04
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 801.200 OF THE PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE
The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain that:
Section 801.200 of the Prior Lake City Code is hereby amended to add Section 801.202(1) in its
entirety as shown below:
801.202(1) The area identified in Jeffers Pond Park Exhibit 2, dated August 24, 2010, shall be a
prohibited area for domestic animals, skateboards, skates, rollerblades, bicycles and
motorized vehicles (except authorized vehicles) and sianage shall be prominently erected
and maintained to confirm this status to users and visitors.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its. passage and publication.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake this 7th day of September 1010
