ORDINANCE NO. 11 2 - 02
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 106.500 (9)
OF THE PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE RELATED TO PURCHASES AND ACQUISITIONS
The City Council of the City of Pri or Lake does hereby ordain that Section 106.900, (9) is hereby
amende d to delete the following language:
106.500 P A A :

All purchases and acquisitions made for, or in the
URCHASES ND CQUISITIONS
name of the City, other than those made from petty cash funds shall be made under the
direction of the City Manager unless otherwis e directed by the Council. All such purchases
shall meet the conditions as set out herein, unless otherwise directed by the Council:
(9) The City Council expressly retains its power to disaffirm any order or contract entered into
by the City Manager o n behalf of the City . in the same manner and to the same extent that
such power existed prior to the effective date hereof .
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
