ORDINANCE NO. 1 12 - 05
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1101.700 OF PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE AND
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE
The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
1. The Prior Lake Zo ning Map, referred to in Prior Lake City Code Section 1101.700,
is hereby amended to change the zoning classification of the following legally
described property from R - 1 ( Urban Low Density Residential) to A ( Agricultural ).
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
PID: 11 - 905 - 019 - 2
That part of Government Lot 6, Section 5 township 114, Range 22, Scott County,
Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said
Government Lot 6; thence North assumed bearing along the west line of said
Government Lot 6, a distance of 1055.50 feet; thence on a bearing of East a distance
of 822.26 feet to the point of beginning of the land described; thence south 00 degrees
37 minutes 16 seconds East a distance of 625.99 feet to the centerline of County State
Highway No. 12 ; thence South 44 degrees 04 minutes 27 seconds West along said
centerline a distance of 341.05 feet to the beginning of a 587.65 foot radius curve to
the right having a central angle of 30 degrees 28 minutes 02 seconds; thence on said
curve 312.48 feet a long said centerline to its intersection with a line bearing South and
parallel with said west line of Government Lot 6 from the point of beginning; thence
North a distance of 1028.60 feet, along said parallel line, to the point of beginning.

That part of government Lot 6, Section 5, Township 114, Range 22, Scott County,
Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said
Government Lot 6; thence North assumed bearing along the west line of said
Government Lot 6, a distance of 530.21 feet; thence on a bearing of East a distance of
822.26 feet; thence on a bearing of South parallel with said west line a distance of
503.31 feet to the centerline of County State Aid Highway No 12; thence westerly along
said centerl ine a distance of 128.11 feet along a non - tangential curve to the right,
having a radius of 587.65 feet, a central angle of 12 degrees 29 minutes 28 seconds
and a 127.86 foot chord which bears South 80 degrees 47 minutes 06 seconds West;
thence South 89 de grees 28 minutes 15 seconds West, not tangent to the last

described curve, along said centerline and the South line of said Government Lot 6 a
distance of 696.08 feet to the point of beginning.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
