The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does he reby ordain that Subs ection 10 4 . 100 is deleted in its entire ty and replaced with the following: GENERAL PENALTY 104.100 : Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this City Code, where no other penalty is set forth, shall be guilty of a mis demeanor and punishable in accordance with the penalties established by Minnesota Statute. 2.
