Prior Lake, MN 55372-1714 CITY OF PRIOR LAKE ORDINANCE NO. 04-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1101.700 OF PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE AND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE MOTION BY: PETERSEN SECOND BY: BLOMBERG The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain: 1. The Prior Lake Zoning Map, referred to in Prior Lake City Code Section 1101.700, is hereby amended to change the zoning classification of the following legally described property to C-3 (Specialty Retail). LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lots 13 and 14 and the West 12 feet of Lot 12, Block 13, ADJUDICATED AND REVISED PLAT OF LOTS 1 THROUGH 16, BLOCK 13, AND LOTS 1 THROUGH 13, BLOCK 15, OF THE VILLAGE OF PRIOR LAKE, Scott County, Minnesota. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication. Passed by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake this 5th day of April, 2004.
