AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE, TITLE 9, CHAPTER 5
ENTITLED "SEWER USE RATES; DELINWENCY";
The City Coun of the City of Prior Lake, Minnesota ordains as follows:
9-5-7: Amendment
Paragraph (A) shall be amended as follows:
Rates: Effective as of March 1, 1982 billing a charge of One Dollar
and Thirty Cents ($1.30) per one thousand (1,000) gallons of water
consumption during said period, not to exceed one hundred fifty percent
(150y,) of the average for the October through March billings
shall
be charged.
Passed in a: regular session of the Council of the City of Prior Lake
