AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE, 'Liquor Control Or'

nances, Sections 3-1-10 3 -2 -5.
The City Council of the City of Prior Lake hereby amends Sections°
3 -1 -10 and 3 -•2 -8 to read as follows';;
A.
3 - -10 PERSONS INELIGIBLE FOR °LICENSE: No license shall be
granted to or held by any person inei`igible for such
;4 t license by State law and; '
(A) Sole Proprietorship:
` 1. No liquor license, either 1 or "off, sale"', shall
be issued to an applicant unless•he or'she is the actual
owner of the premises to which the ,licens''it' required, or
` the manager of said premises.

be issued to said corporation unless one stockholder of

said corporation or the manager is. a resident of the State
of Minnesota acid resides within a fifty (50) mile radius of
the City Hall of.the City of Prior Lake.
3: If said applicant is a corporation, the application,
license and bond shall be made, issued and entered in the
name of the corporation °, furnishing a list of all the stock-
holders of said corporation.
At no time shall subsections (A) (B) and (C) hereof be used
to prevent the issuanceof eithe an "off sale" or "on sale"
