ORDINANCE NO. 84 -05 ,
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PRIOR LAKE ORDINANCE 9-4-11 (S) TO
READ AS FOLLOWS:
9 -4 -11:
(S) Water Tower Charge: The water tower charge shall remain
at one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) prior to August 1, .
1979.
A charge of two hundred dollars ($200.00) per unit shall'
L16'' made for all connections to the City water system from
August _1, 1979 through December, 31, 1982. Said two hundred
dollars ($200.00) per unit may be paid in.five -(5) equal
annual installments at an eight percent (8 %) interest rate.
Said two hundred dollar ($200.00) connection fee per unit
sh; 1ll be placed in a fund maintained by the; City in order
to accumulate funds for the construction of future water
storage facilities and needed future wells.
A charge of two hundred 'fifty dollars ($250.00) per unit
shall be -made for all connectibns'to the City water system
' effective January 1, 1983. Said two hundred fifty dollars
($250.00)' per unit shall be paid upon issuance of,,a building
permit or at the time the City turns on the water for'said
user. Said two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) per unit
charge, shall be paid into a fund maintained, by the City to
accumulate necessary funds for future water storage facil-
ities and future wells...
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage
and publication.
