5 -7 -7: PERMIT REQUIREMENTS:

(B) Fees:
The City Council- shall.establish fees for th following
categories of sign permits:
I. Forty (40) square feet or less in area;
2. Greater than forty (40) square feet in area;
3. Signs which need a conditional use permit trust pay the

No fee shall be required for signs exempted by Section 5 -7 -5.
Fees may be waived by the`Cty Council far signs containing
a religious, civic, school or„ public interest subject.
