ORDINANCE NO. 84 -08
AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING PRIOR LAKE
CITY CODE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 83 -06
The City Council of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
Section 4 - Lot and Yard Requirements shall be amended by adding
paragraph 4.1 (P) to read as follows:

(P) Houses or other structures shall not be moved into f
or within the City limits, however, houses or other
structures may be moved out of the City limits. The
site of any structure or house that is moved out
of the City limits must be backfilled to match exist-
ing grades with suitable materials. The site shall
be planted and reclaimed simultaneously with the
move of the structure. A permit to move the structure s
shall be'filed with the City of Prior Lake in con-
junction with a <letter of credit in the amount equal .'
to the cost of backfi_llincl, planting, and reclaiming
the site. Structures in transit may be transported
through the City of Prior Lake provided that required
permits are'obtained from the City prior-to trans-
portation of the structure through the City:` Struc-
t.ures and houses shall be moved betweem - the hours`
of 1:00 A.M. and 5 :00 A.M.

Section 7 - Administration and Enforcement shall be amended by 4

This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage; t
and publication.
