ORDINANCE NO. 84 - 10
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF PRIOR LAKE ZONING ORDI'NANC'E NO.
83-06.
The Council, of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
Section 4.1 (C) shall be amended to read as follows:
(C) Any lot of record existing on May 7, 1973 (the effective
date, of this original Zoning Ordinance) may, be used
for the erection, of a structure conforming to the use '
regulations of the district in which it is
:even though its area and' are less than the mini-
mum requirements of this Ordinance, as amended
Section 7.2 shall be amended to read as follows:

7.2 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY: An application for a C,ertif - ',
cate of Occupancy shall be accompanied by a plat plan
showing the location, dimension and such other informa -
tion as is required by the: Zoning Officer together
with a;fee as determined .annually by the City Council.'
A Certificate of Occupany,sha2,1 be obtained before
any person may:
1. Occupy or'use any vacant land; or
2. Occupy or use any structure hereafter constructed, r
reconstructed, moved, altered or enlarged;
3. Change the use of a structure or land to a dificr"-
�.
ent use;,
4.. Change a 'non- confoeojing use,

The ,Zoning Officer shall have the authority to deny ,r
the_. issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy if the
subject property'does not pass the building inspection
and /or may condition the granting of thr,-.Certifi,cate
of Occupancy upon such terms, and coniaitions as the
Zoning Officer deems necessary to comply with the build-
ing inspection report, including but not lirr,.ited.to
payment of a fee for deposit with theZonzg 'U;Eficer
to cover the estimated costs for curing airy deficien-
cies, including road and area cleanup.

This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage
