AN ORDINANCE, "AMENDING PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE SECTIONS 9 -4 -11 (A)
The Council of th City of,Pk -i Lake, does hereby ord

Prior Lake City Code Section 9 - -11 `(A) shall be amended. read,

as follows:
9 -4 - 11: ' WATER RATES- WATER TOWER CHARGE'; DELINQUENCY:
(A) Water Rates: The rates for water shall be as follows:
1. E`tfective' on January 15, 1985:
$1.40 per 1., gallons
2.! A minimum charge of'Fi've Dollars ($5.00) per two (2)
"month billing period per user shall be made for sewer
and water. (Ord. 80 --?4, 12 -8 - 80)
3. ' There will be- a delinquency 'charge of ten perce' nt (1,096)

any, bills which are delinquent within the terms of
this Chapter with a minimum charge of one Dollar (,,1.061,

4:. Residents failing -to return -their meter reading for''
two (2) consecutive billing periods will be billed a
Ten'Dol'lar ($10.00) service charge and the City will"

5. All 'Water and sewer bills are the responsibility of

Prior Lake City Code, Section 9 -5 -7 shall be amended to read as

sewer systems shall be as follows, and said <' - ;rates

to those users connected to both Municipal water

(A) Rates: Effective as of January 15, 1985 a billing charge
