HomeMy WebLinkAbout85-010CITY OF PRIOR LAKE ORDINANCE NO. 85_10 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE, TITLE 5, SECTION 5 -6 -8, INVALIDATION, AND PRIOR LAKE ZONING ORDINANCE 83 -6, SECTION 7.8, INVALIDATION. The Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain: I. City of Prior Lake Code, Title 5, SOz 5 -6 -8 shall be amended to read as follows: 5 -6 -8: INVALIDATION: Any conditional use allowed by the City Council and /or any variance allowed by the Board of Adjustment or the City Council, if appealed, shall become null and void one (1) year from the date either or both were granted, unless any necessary, required and /or appropriate permits have been issued by the issuing authority as required to meet any special conditions attached by the approving authority to the grant of the conditional use and /or variance or to preserve the spirit and intent of this Title. II. The City of Prior Lake Zoning Ordinance 83 -E, Section 7.8, shall be amended to read as follows: 7.8 INVALIDATION: Any conditional use allowed by the City Council and /or any variance allowed by the Board of Adjust- ment or the City Council, if appealed, shall become null and void one (1) year from the date either or both were granted, unless any necessary, required and /or appropriate permits have been issued by the issuing authority as re- quired to meet any special conditions attached by the approving authority to the grant of the conditional use and /or variance or to preserve the spirit and intent of this ordinance.
