ORDINANCE NO 87- 05
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF PRIOR LAKE ZONING ORDINANCE SECTION 2.1
AND PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE SECTION 5 -2 -1.
The Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
The Zoning Map referred to in the Prior Lake Zoning ordinance,.,
Section 2.1, and Prior Lake City Code, section 5 - 2 - 1, shall be
amended to re zone the follovinqq described real property from-P.U.D.
2 -83 to District R -2 Urban Residential:
That part of Goverment Lot 3 Section 35, Township 115, Range
22, Scott County, Minnesota described as follows:
beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 14, SUNFISH HAY Scott
County, Minnesota; thence northerly along the westerly line of
"'baid plat of SUNFiSN DAY, a distance of 225.32 fast to the
southwest corner of Lot 10, of said plat; thence westerly along
the westerly extension of - -the south line of said Lot 10, a
distance of 40.04 feet to the intersection with a line drawn
parallel with and distant 10.00 ,foot easterly of the centerline j
/o! the now abandoned Chicago, Milwauke St. Paul and Pacific
Railroad COmnany right -of -way as shown in, DocuWnt No. 176669 as
on file in ifii County Recorders Office, Scott County, Minnesota,
thence northerly parallel with said centerline a distance of
100.36 !at to the intersection with the westerly extension of
the north line of Lot 9 of said plat; thence westerly along said
westerly extension to the intersection with said centerline of
said-abandon railroad right- of- way;,thence northerl along said
centerline a distance of 357. 12 feet; thence westerly at right
angles, to.said, ; centerline a distance of 50 feet or *ore or less
to the shoreline of Prior Lake; thence southerly and westerly
alongk said shoreline to the centerline of County Road No. 31;
thence southeasterly along said centerline of County Road - 21, to
the intersection with the westerly extension of the south line of
said Lot 14, SUNFISH DAY; thence easterly along said westerly
extension a distance of 116.36 feet to`the point of beginning.
Or more comonly described as 2.54 acres lying adjacent to County
Road 21 and directly southeast of the County Road 21 bridge
spans nq Prior Lake or known as the "Wagon Bridge ".
