AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE SECTION 1 -5 -2.

,of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
Section 1 -5 -2 of Prior Lake City Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:

1 -5 -2: COUNCIL 1rIEETINGS

(A) Time and Place of Regular Meetings: There will be at least
two (2) reggular Council meetings monthly in the City Hall. The
City Council, by resolution,' may schedule additional regular
meetings or may cancel regularly scheduled meetings." by
majority of the C ouncil vote. The regular scheduled meetings
shall be 'held on the first and third:Mondays of each month
comaencing at 7:30 P.M.,, or such other•timos and dates as the:.`
Co un c il may from time to time by resolution designate. Wh en-a :
regular meeting falls on'the same day as,that of an official
holiday,`the regular meeting shall automatically, be postponed
to the following day, or may be` cancelled b resolution of a

majority,of the Council members.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passige; and,
publication.
