t; AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF PRIOR LAKE ZONING ORDINANCE NO.
83 -6, SECTION 2.1, AND PRIOR",'LJ1RE CITY` CODE SECTION 5 -2 -1.
" The Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordains
The Zonin Map referred to in Prior Lake Zoning Ordinance No.
83 -6, Secion 2.1,-and Prior Lake Cityy Code, Section 5 -2 -1,
shall be amended to rezone the tollowinq described real property
from the present Zoning District to the following Zoning
Districts:
Rezone to C -1 Conservation:
Park 1, Park 2 Park 3, Raspberry Ridge, Scott County,
Minnesota, according to the plat thereof on file and of
record in the office, of the Scott County Recorder.
Rezone to I -1 Special Industrial
Outlot A, Ras berry Ridge, Scott County, Minnesota,
according to the plat thereof on file and of record in

the° offee,of the Scott County Recorder.
Rezone to R -1 Urban Residential:
Outlot B, Outlot C, Outlot D, Raspberry Scott
County, Minnesota, according to the plat thereof on
file and of record in the office of ?he Scott Co unty -
a Recorder.
�i Or more commonlyy described as about-56 acres of vacant land
lying adj acent to and east of County Road 21, north of
Lords Street and northwest of Manitou Road.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and
publication. ,
