ORDINANCE NO. 87 -
AN ORDINANCE AKENDING ORDINANCE NO. 87 -02 AND PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE
TITLE 9, CHAPTER 4
The Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
Ordinance No. 87 -02 and Prior Lake City Cods Section 9 -4 -4 (C) are
hereby amended to read .as follows:
(C) A connection -fee o! three hundred fifty dollars ($350) shall
be charged psr unit connected subject to an adjustmen£ as
dateruined by the City Council. One -halt (1 /2) of the tees
collected as unit connection charges under this subdivision
shall be applied.tovards the maintenance :.building,.
construction, reconstruction, repair, eniargenent or
ppaa
improvement of the municipal system. The municipal system

shall mean waterworks systems, including mains, valves,
hydrants, service connections, wells, pumps, reservoirs,
tanks, treatment plants, and other appurtenances of a -
waterworks system, sewer systems swage treatment works,
disposal sys ems, and other faciiitiss for disposing of
sewage, industrial wastes, or other wastes, and story sewer
systems, including mains, holding areas and ponds, ,and other
` appurtenances and related facilities for the collection and
disposal of storm water. The remaining one -half (1 /2) shall be
placed in the Sewer and Hater Fund as revenue to offset
operational expanses. I
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and
' :,- publication.
