CITY OF PRIOR LAKE
ORDINANCE NO. 114-10
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA, REVISING SECTION 106.600
OF THE PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE AND ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR ALL CITY
LICENSE FEES, USER CHARGES AND PERMIT CHARGES PURSUANT TO MINN. STAT. §
462.351 TO 462.364
The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain that Subsection 106.600 is amended as
follows:
Section 1: Development Fees are amended as follows:
DEVELOPMENT FEES:
Construction Observation and Professional Service Fee on Development Minimum of 5.0%, or
Agreements such larger amount as
desired by the developer
Section 2: Intergovernmental sewer and water utility rates are added as
follows:
UTILITY BILLING RATES:
Intergovernmental Utility Rates:
Sewer (City) Cost Per Agreement
Water Cost Per Agreement
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication or on May 17, 2014
whichever is later.
