ORDINANCE NO. 114-09
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.1704(2) OF THE PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS:
1.Section 301.1704 (2) relating to presumptive penalties for violations of the Liquor Control
Ordinance be amended as follows:
The minimum penalty for civil violations as determined by the City Council must be presumed to be
a fine of $1,000 and a one-day suspension of the liquor license with $500 and the one-day
suspension suspended for one year if no same or similar violations occur within twelve (12) months
and proof is provided to the City’s satisfaction that all employees/volunteers engaged in liquor
sales received the prerequisite training.
2.This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
