CITY OF PRIOR LAKE
ORDINANCE NO. 96-11
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5-6-6 OF THE PRIOR LAKE CITY
CODE AND AMENDING SECTION 7.7 OF THE PRIOR LAKE ZONING
ORDINANCE (83-6).
The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
Section 5-6-6 of the Prior Lake City Code arid Section 7.7 of the Prior Lake Zoning Ordinance
(83-6) are hereby amended to read as follows:
7.7 INVALIDATION:
Every conditional use permit and variance shall be null and void
one (1) year from the date of approval by the City Council or
Board of Adjustment without any further action required by the
City unless any required or appropriate permit necessary to
make use of the conditional use permit or variance has been
issued.
All conditional use permits and variances granted prior to May
20, 1996 for which necessary and/or appropriate permits have
not been issued shall be dealt with in the following manner:
A. All conditional use permits and variances granted prior to
November 5, 1995 shall become null and void on November
20,1996.
B. All conditional use permits and variances granted after
November 5, 1995 shall become null and void twelve (12)
months from the date of approval.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
