ORDINANCE NO. 96-14
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5-3-3 OF PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE
AND AMENDING SECTION 3.1 OF PRIOR LAKE ZONING ORDINANCE 83-6.
The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
Section 5-3-3 of Prior Lake City Code and Section 3.1 of Prior Lake Zoning Ordinance
83-6 are hereby amended by adding the following number 18. under the listing of
permitted land uses in the B-2, Community Business District:
18. Day care centers
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its' passage and publication.
