CITY OF PRIOR LAKE
ORDINANCE NO. 93-13
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE TITLE 3, CHAPTER 1.
The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
I .
Paragraph (C) of Section 3-1-14 of Prior Lake City Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
(C) No off-sale of intoxicating liquor shall be made on Sundays
or before eight o/clock (8:00) A.M. and after ten o'clock
(10:00) P.M., on Monday through Saturday. No off-sale of
intoxicating liquor shall be made on Thanksgiving Day; on
Christmas Day: December 25; or after eight o/clock (8:00
P.M. on Christmas Eve, December 24. Off-sales of
intoxicating liquor may be made until ten o/clock (10:00)
P.M. on December 31 and July 3 unless otherwise prohibited.
II.
The third paragraph of Section 3-1-15 of Prior Lake City Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Licenses shall be issued pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section
340A.504 to hotels, restaurants, bowling centers or clubs which
have facilities for serving not less than thirty (30) guests at
one time, and they may serve intoxicating liquor between the
hours of ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. on Sundays and one o/clock
(1:00) A.M. on Mondays in conjunction with the serving of food
only.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage
and publication.
