ORDINANCE NO 93.25
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE SECTION 5-2.1 AND PRIOR LAKE ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 83.6 SECTION 2.1.
The Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
The Prior Lake Zoning Map, referred to in Prior Lake City Code Section 5-2-1 and Prior Lake Zoning Ordinance
No, 83-6 Section 2.1, is hereby amended to change the zoning classifications of the following legally described
property to PUD 9-93.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
The South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 115, Range 22, EXCEPT that part thereof
described as follows;
Commencing at the Northwest comer of said South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28; thence on an
assumed bearing of S 00 degrees 00 minutes 03 seconds E along the west line thereof a distance of 378.82 feet;
thence S 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds E a distance of 75.00 feet to the actual point of beginning of the parcel to
be excepted; thence S 00 degrees 00 minutes 03 seconds E a distance of 522.01 feet; thence S 90 degrees 00 minutes
00 seconds E a distance of 45.00 feet; thence along a tangential curve, concave to the Northwest, having a radius of
260.59 feet a distance of 232.25 feet; thence N 38 degrees 56 minutes 07 seconds E a distance of 250.00 feet; thence
along a tangential curve, concave to the Southeast, having a radius of 380.85 feet a distance of 52.85 feet; thence N
