ORDINANCE 93-26
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR. LAKE CITY CODE SECTION 5-2-1 AND
PRIOR LAKE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 83-6 SECTION 2.1.
The Prior lake Zoning Map, referred to in Prior Lake City Ccxle Section 5-2-1 and Prior Lake
Zoning Ordinance No. 83-6 Section 2.1, is hereby amended to change the zoning classification
of the following legally described property to PUD 8-93.
PROPERTY LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
That part of the south 390.00 feet of the west 820.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 114, Range 22, Scott County, Minnesota lying east of
the plat of WESlEDGE ESTAlES, Scott County, Minnesota.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake this 18th day of October, 1993.
