ORDINANCE NO. 94-11
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE SECTION 5-2-1 AND
PRIOR LAKE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 83-6 SECTION 2.1.
The Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
The Prior Lake Zoning Map, referred to in Prior Lake City Code Section 5-2-1 and Prior Lake
Zoning Ordinance No. 83-6 Section 2.1, is hereby amended to change the zoning classifications
of the following legally described property from C-l, Conservation to R-l, Suburban
Residential.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Commencing at the northwest comer of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26;
thence Easterly, along the north line of said parcel, 900.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence
Southerly and parallel with the west line :of said parcel, 775.00 feet; thence Easterly and parallel
with the north line of said parcel, 1000.00 feet; thence Northeasterly to a point on the east line of
said parcel, 500.00 feet Southerly of the northeast comer; thence Northerly 500.00 feet to the
northeast corner of said parcel; thence Westerly, along the north line of said parcel to the point of
beginning. All in Township 115, Range 22, Scott County, Minnesota..
Containing approximately 30 acres.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
