The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain that:
1. Section 1107-304 of the Prior Lake City Code is hereby amended as follows:.
1107.304
Commercial Uses
Animal HosPitals &JAerme~: 1 parking space for each 200. sq_uare feet of
floor area but not less than 5 spaces.
Animal Kennels' 5 parking spaces, plus 1 space per 10 kennels. If
training classes take place on site, 1 space per participant, plus 1 space
per employee, not to exceed the total available spaces_
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake this 3rd day of January, 2005.
