AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1101.700 OF PRIOR LAKE CITY
CODE AND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE

The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
The Prior Lake Zoning Map, referred to in Prior Lake City Code Section
1101.700, is hereby amended to change the zoning classification of the
following legally described property from R-2 (Low to Medium Density
Residential) to C-3 (Specialty Business).
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Lots 1, 2, 7, 8, 9.10, 11 and 12, Block 8, Prior Lake, according to the plat
thereof of record in Scott County. Minnesota, together with vacated streets
and alleys abutting thereto; together with:
The east 120 feet of Lots 3, 4, 5 & 6, Block 7, Prior Lake, according to the
plat thereof of record in Scott County, Minnesota, except the west 75 feet of
said east 120 feet; together with vacated streets and alleys abutting thereto.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and
publication.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake this 20th day of June, 2005.
