That the following described property in Spring Lake Township is subject to annexation pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 414.033, Subdivision 2 (3); The North 225.0 feet of the South 475.0 feet (as measured at right angles) of the SE Y. of the SW Y. of Section 10, Township 114, Range 22, Scott County, Minnesota, lying Westerly of the driveway as located thereon. The Center line of said driveway being described as follows: Beginning at a point in the South line of said SE Y. of the SW Y. distant 594.67 feet East of the Southwest corner thereof; thence N 12 degrees 29 minutes 45 seconds W a distance of 486.52 feet and there terminating. Together with That part of the SE Y. of the SW Y. of Section 10, Township 114, Range 22, Scott County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at a point in the South line of said SE Y. of the SW Y. distant 436.0 feet East of the Southwest corner thereof; thence East along said South line a distance of 158.67 feet; thence N 12 degrees 29 minutes 45 seconds W along the centerline of a driveway a distant of 256.06 feet to the intersection with a line that is parallel with and distant 250.0 feet (as measured at right angles) North of said South line; thence West along said line a distance of 103.26 feet to the intersection with a line which bears North to the point of beginning; thence South a distance of 250.0 feet to the point of beginning. Together with That part of the SE Y. of the SW Y. , Section 10, Township 114, Range 22, Scott County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said SE Y. of the SW Y. ; thence East along the South line thereof a distance of 436.0 feet; thence at right angles to the North distance of 250.0 feet; thence West, parallel to said South line, to the intersection with the West line of said SE Y. of the SW Y. ; thence Southerly along said West line 250.00 feet more or less to the point of beginning, Scott County, Minnesota. The petition for annexation has been signed by all of the owners of the subject property; and 3. The City Council of the City of Prior Lake upon passage and adoption of this ordinance, and upon acceptance by the Minnesota Office of Boundary Adjustment, annexes the aforementioned property into the City of Prior Lake. 4. That there is no change in electrical service provided for the subject annexation, therefore, State Statute 414.0235, Subd. 1 A, is not applicable. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE, SCOTT COUNTY, MINNESOTA, THAT: The City of Prior Lake approves the proposed annexation of the aforementioned property from Spring Lake Township into the City of Prior Lake. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication. Passed by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake this 18th day of July, 2005.
