On Monday, April 12, 1999 the City of Prior Lake will be conducting a Parks Advisory
Committee meeting and at this meeting we will be discussing the development of the
Busse property for park purposes. I have attached a map showing the location of this
property as well as the conceptual park plan. The intention is to develop this property as
a youth athletic complex as well as provide park facilities which will meet the needs of
the City of Prior Lake and the Township. The primary use will be youth sports, however,
we will be including walking trails, picnic area, and a playground for children.
In an effort to keep all of our residents and neighbors informed of this exciting new
project we would appreciate your attendance. If you cannot attend the meeting but have
questions regarding the project please call me at 447-9821.
