ORDINANCE NO. 117-09
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART 3 OF THE PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE BY AMENDING
SECTION 301 RELATING TO OFF SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUORS ON SUNDAYS
AND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE CITY CODE SECTION 104; WHICH, AMONG OTHER
THINGS, CONTAINS PENALTY PROVISIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS:
Section 1. City Code Subsection 301.302 is amended by inserting at the end of the final
sentence the following language: “, except between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and
6:00 p.m.”.
Section 2. City Code Section 104 entitled “General Penalty” is adopted in its entirety, by
reference, as though repeated verbatim herein.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on the later of: (i) July 2, 2017; or (ii) its
passage and publication.
