HomeMy WebLinkAbout117-20 Official Fee Schedule Amendment4646 Dakota Street SE Prior Lake, MN 55372 CITY OF PRIOR LAKE ORDINANCE NO. 117-20 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE SUBSECTION 106.600 AND SECTION 113 RELATING TO THE OFFICIAL FEE SCHEDULE, SECTIONS 704 AND 705 RELATING TO UTILITY CHARGES, AND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE SECTION 104 WHICH, AMONG OTHER THINGS, CONTAINS PENALTY PROVISIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: 1. City Code Subdivision 704.402 is amended by inserting the following sentence at the end of the paragraph: “For properties served by another entity the rates for sewer and water are set forth in the intergovernmental agreement with that entity.” 2. City Code Subdivision 704.603 is amended by inserting the words “and/or a frost plate charge” after the words “pressure reducer charge”. 3. City Code Subdivision 106.600 related to the Official Fee Schedules is deleted in its entirety. 4. City Code Part 1 is amended by inserting a new Section 113 related to the Official Fee Schedule as set forth on attached Exhibit A. 5. City Code Section 104 entitled “General Penalty” is hereby adopted in its entirety, by reference, as though repeated verbatim herein. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication. Passed by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake this 4th day of December 2017.
