ORDINANCE NO.1 05- 22
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 702.600 AND 702.1 00 OF THE
PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE
The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain that:
1. Section 702.600 of the Prior Lake City Code is hereby a ended to add
subparagraph 9 as follows:
9 It shall be unlawful to use an tobacco related roducts on the r unds f Jeffers
Pond Elementarv School Park.
2. Section 702.1200 of the
subparagraph 7 as follows:
7 Jeffers Pond Elementa School Park shall be alcohol-free inclu in in oxicatin
liauors in any form or container.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and
publication.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake this 6th day f September,
2005.
