AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 202 OF PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE
PLANNING ADVISORY COMMISSION

The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
1. The Prior Lake City Code Section 202.100 is hereby amended as follows:
202.100:
COMMISSION CREATED, COMPOSITION: A Planning Advisory Commission is hereby
created for the City, its purpose to be of an advisory nature to the City Council and
staff.
Said Planning Advisory Commission shall be composed of five (5) members,
appointed by the City Council. Only residents of the City shall be considered for
appointment. Said members shall serve for *'""...v ,_,/~ three (3) year terms serving
from Ju!y ! tc J'.'.-.9 30. November 1 to October 31.
The members of said Planning Advisory Commission shall annually elect a
chairperson and vice-chairperson from the appointed members of their Board.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its pas:sage and publication of the
summary ordinance in the official newspaper.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake this 17th day of October, 2005.
