ORDINANCE NO. 92-06
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE SECTION 9-2-3(C).
The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
Section 9-2-3(C) of Prior Lake City Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:
(C) Consume any alcoholic beverage, whether "intoxicating
liquor" or "nonintoxicating ~iquor", in any park between
the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and five o'clock
(5:001 A.M. with the exception of City scheduled
activities or with the written permission of the Parks
and Recreation Director.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage
and publication.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake this ]5 th
day of June , 1992.
