ORDINANCE NO. 119-07
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 601 OF THE PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE
RELATING TO GARBAGE HAULER LICENSING TERM AND ADOPTING BY
REFERENCE CITY CODE SECTION 104; WHICH, AMONG OTHER THINGS, CONTAINS
PENALTY PROVISIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS:
Section 1. City Code Section 601.304 is amended by deleting provision (1) in its entirety
and replacing it with the following:
(1) All licenses issued pursuant to this Section are issued for one (1) year beginning on
July 1 and expiring on June 30. License fees shall not be pro-rated.
Section 2. City Code Section 104 entitled “General Penalty” is adopted in its entirety, by
reference, as though repeated verbatim herein.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake this 3rd day of June, 2019.
