CITY OF PRIOR LAKE
ORDINANCE NO. 89-10
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE SECTION 2-3-4.
The Council of the city of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
Section 2-3-4 of Title 2, Chapter 3 of Prior Lake City Code is
hereby amended by adding a new paragraph (H) to read as follows:
(H) To prepare and submit to the City Council within sixty
(60) days after the end of the calendar year a summary
report of all variances granted to applicants from
January 1 through December 31 of that calendar year.
The summary report shall contain such information as
deemed necessary and requested by the City Council.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage
and publication.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake this 18
day of December , 1989.
