CITY OF PRIOR LAKE
ORDINANCE NO. 89-07
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE SECTION 4-1-1.
The Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
Section 4-1-1 of Prior Lake City Code is hereby amended by adding a
new paragraph (D) to read as follows:
(D)
All new construction in the 1-2 Light Industrial Zoning
District (Prior Lake City Code Section 5-3-3 and Prior Lake
Zoning Ordinance No. 83-6, Section 3.2) shall be exempt from
the provisions of Section 4-1-l(B)5.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and
publication.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake this ~ day of
