ORDINANCE NO. 89-04
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR LAKE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 83-6, SECTION
2.1., PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE SECTION 5-2-1 AND CITY OF PRIOR LAKE
ORDINANCE NO. 87-07.
The Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
The Zoning Map referred to in Section 2.1 of Prior Lake Zoning
Ordinance No. 83-6, section 5-2-1 of Prior Lake City Code and
Paragraph V of Ordinance No. 87-07 is herebr amended to include a
natural environment lake in the Shoreland D strict ("6. Unnamed
70-77"), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein
as Exhibit "A". ,
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and
publication.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake this 7th day of
Au,!!;ust , 1989.
